As the president of Schantz Home Improvement Company, Greg is responsible for project supervision, customer satisfaction and overall directing the company's vision.
Prior to founding Schantz Home Improvement Company, Greg was Vice President of Schantz Homes, Inc, a family-run home building business located in Rochester, NY. Schantz Homes was founded in 1946 by Frank Schantz, Greg's grandfather, and has built over 3,700 homes in the Rochester area. Greg's responsibilities included management of the remodeling division, customer service, and warranty resolution.
Greg received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from St John Fisher College, with honors. He subsequently obtained his CPA in New York State and has been employed in the real estate industry by local, regional, and national real estate firms, which include Overseas Partners Capital Corporation, Carter & Associates, and ARES, Inc.
Greg left the business and New York to begin his own venture and continue the tradition of superior customer satisfaction and quality construction. It is his belief that honesty and integrity, as learned from his grandfather, is the key to business success.
